1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Grandstand Games ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. The Service

Grandstand Games provides free online sweepstake and prediction game tools for sporting and entertainment events. The Platform allows users to:

• Host sweepstakes where participants are randomly assigned a team, driver or country
• Make predictions on sporting event outcomes
• Participate in group games with friends, family or colleagues
• View leaderboards and results

3. Age Requirement

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information when registering. Using false information or impersonating another person is not permitted.

One account per person

Each person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in games is not permitted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse or harm other users
• Use offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate names or content
• Attempt to manipulate or cheat in games
• Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our permission

6. User-Generated Content

When you create a game or add player names, you are responsible for ensuring that content is appropriate and does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable during maintenance, updates or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

8. Results and Data Accuracy

Where we display sporting results on the Platform, these are sourced from third-party data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of results data. Results displayed on Grandstand Games should not be relied upon for any purpose other than entertainment.

9. Limitation of Liability

Grandstand Games is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grandstand Games shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any inaccuracy in results, scores or data displayed
• Any disputes between users arising from private sweepstake prize arrangements
• Any loss of data

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, without notice. You may delete your own account at any time by contacting us at hello@grandstandgames.co.uk.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design and code on Grandstand Games (excluding third-party logos and data) is owned by Grandstand Games. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

Third-party trademarks, team names, competition names and logos referenced on the Platform belong to their respective owners. Grandstand Games makes no claim to these and uses them only for identification purposes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
